You are absolutely correct, I'm going through the same thing lol. Weight loss is not a straight line journey. Couple of tips as far as weighing yourself, only do it once a week, weigh yourself with the same amount of clothes on every time ( I usually have on an undershirt and boxers lol) and weigh yourself first thing in the morning right after you use the bathroom, same time every morning, before you exercise or eat.
